About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at The Hoxton, Holborn, working in our restaurant Rondo. Rondo is a relaxed neighbourhood restaurant offering seasonal modern bistro dishes and great wines, operating from breakfast through to dinner.
Responsibilities
- Produce delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options for guests by running a section in the kitchen.
- Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating a supportive environment.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations, including order and delivery management, seamless service, and high food hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on creative ideas and techniques to maintain a dynamic and evolving kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar-sized restaurant.
- Passion for fresh ingredients and strong flavours.
- Ability to be yourself and contribute positively to the team.
- Willingness to leave egos at the door and help get tasks done.
- Openness to trying new things and working differently.
- Ability to work hard, support colleagues, and have fun.
