About the Role
We are seeking a Service Engineer to perform maintenance and inspections on elevators and escalators in office buildings, condominiums, and commercial facilities. This role involves regular maintenance, replacement of inspection parts, and reporting, all scheduled according to customer needs. Strong communication with customers is essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on elevators and escalators.
- Replace inspection parts.
- Prepare and submit business reports.
- Communicate with customers to understand their schedules and perform maintenance.
- Build relationships with customers while carrying out work.
Requirements
- Experience in maintaining elevators or escalators is preferred.
- Possession of an elevator/escalator inspection qualification is preferred.
