About the Role
Perform physical and clerical warehouse duties including picking, cutting wire, assembling wire reels, receiving materials, inventory control, and shipping. This role may also serve as a backup driver.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Operations Manager on operational responsibilities and deadlines.
- Complete assigned tasks from supervisors.
- Move material safely using manual or mechanical equipment.
- Accurately count, check, prepare, and record shipped items.
- Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, cut wire, and route materials for delivery or storage.
- Respond to internal customer calls.
- Complete required paperwork, documentation, and data input.
- Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Maintain current knowledge of GCE policies, procedures, and products.
- Participate in training and meetings.
- Act in a helpful and cooperative manner towards customers and co-workers.
- Promote a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Acquire a working knowledge of the Eclipse software support system.
Requirements

- Must have a valid, unexpired Medical DOT Card.
- Must be able to drive professionally.
- Must hold a valid, unexpired driver's license.
- Must have a clean driving record/MVR.
- Adaptability and flexibility to change and adjust with business conditions.
- Coachable and actively participates in the coaching process.
- Team player and multi-tasker.
- Works with a sense of urgency.
- Must pass a drug test (where not prohibited by state law).
