About the Role
Coordinate and manage night operations, ensuring guest and employee well-being. Assist early risers and night owls with your team, taking responsibility for seamless hotel operations during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the seamless operation of the hotel during the night shift
- Preparing daily closing balances and securing daily takings
- Looking after guests in our bar and lounge
- Preparing breakfast setup ready for our first guests of the day
Requirements
- Experience and expertise with Opera Cloud
- Ideally have two years of professional Night Auditor experience in the hotel/catering industry or other sectors
- Excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
- Open and communicative
- Solid command of English
- Team player and willing to provide assistance across departments
