About the Role
Join our team as a bilingual sales agent and be the first point of contact for clients, helping them with their waste removal needs. You will be part of a growing team of virtual sales agents across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how waste is removed effortlessly.
- Answer customer questions about services, pricing, and scheduling to convert them into bookings.
- Attend comprehensive virtual training sessions.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada and reside in Ontario.
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English.
- Friendly telephone technique and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- A quiet home space, fast and reliable internet connection, and a performant computer with at least 8 GB of memory.
- Wired connection via Ethernet cable is required.

Salary/Compensations
- Hourly wage of $19.70 plus a $4 per hour language premium.
- Average monthly commissions of $200 to $800.
