About the Role
Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Bartender to create regulars and serve legendary drinks in a fast-paced atmosphere. We are a people-first company that happens to serve steaks, focusing on legendary food and legendary service.
Responsibilities
- Take orders and prepare alcoholic beverages
- Comply with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
- Demonstrate great salesmanship
- Accurately use point of sale (POS) system to place orders, process gift card sales, and cash/credit card transactions
- Practice proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Exhibit teamwork at all times
