About the Role
Atlassian is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect – Accenture to serve as the dedicated technical leader driving joint solutions architecture and co-innovation with Accenture. This role focuses on building differentiated, industry-specific solutions, proprietary IP, and advanced AI/Work Graph integrations to deliver transformational value for Fortune 500 customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Accenture Technical Strategy, owning the technical architecture roadmap, capability strategy, and joint innovation initiatives.
- Architect Differentiated Joint Solutions by collaborating with Accenture practice leads to design, package, and bring to market repeatable, high-value offerings.
- Drive AI Maturity & Enablement through deep-dive architectural design sessions, hackathons, and technical bootcamps.
- Unify Enterprise Data with Teamwork Graph by guiding architects in connecting client ecosystems into Atlassian’s Teamwork Graph.
- Support Strategic Enterprise Co-Selling by partnering with sales and alliance teams on marquee deals.
- Champion Requirements to Product & Engineering by acting as the technical bridge between Accenture and Atlassian product teams.
- Publish Reference Architectures & Playbooks, authoring joint solution briefs and technical whitepapers.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, systems integration, or partner engineering, specifically working with or within Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
- Strong understanding of modern enterprise AI patterns, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, prompt engineering, and autonomous/multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with graph data architectures, metadata modeling, entity mapping, and unifying fragmented data sources.
- Proven hands-on proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven webhooks, and modern developer platforms.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architectures including SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, data residency, LLM privacy/security guardrails, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex architectural concepts and quantify business value to C-suite leaders.
- Drive to stay at the cutting edge of modern work management platforms, graph technologies, and agentic AI architectures.
