About the Role
Support people with disability to have the choice, control, and independence to live their best life. Based in Bondi Junction, you will support two women to live independently and confidently in a shared home, focusing on building independence, supporting daily routines, and encouraging community participation.
Responsibilities
- Follow person-centred support and behaviour plans
- Facilitate client goal achievement through meaningful activities
- Maintain thorough record keeping
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues
- Advocate for client choice and control
- Provide assistance with daily living tasks, medication support, transport, and community access
Requirements
- A current driver’s licence is essential
- Experience working with people with psychosocial disability or mental health concerns
- Previous experience working with behaviour support plans
- An unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Must be able to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance

Salary/Compensations
- Part Time hourly rate from $36.22 plus Super
