About the Role
The role holder will strategically engage with key thought leaders, share key clinical data, execute the medical affairs plan, provide scientific expertise, collect relevant insights, and ensure compliance with ethical standards. This role supports optimal patient outcomes, enhances the organization's scientific credibility, and contributes to the overall strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Engage with KOLs and conduct scientific exchange of key data.
- Deliver and contribute to medical affairs activities to engage KOLs.
- Collect and share insights on disease trends, challenges, and treatment patterns from KOLs.
- Collaborate with KOLs on therapy-specific reviews, meta-analysis, case studies, and patient-reported outcomes for publication.
- Execute the strategic medical affairs plan, including medical education, product education, and evidence generation.
- Conduct advisory boards, pre-license activities, and special projects.
- Collect and share insights on current practice, new therapies, and clinical trial activity.
- Contribute to the development of the annual Medical Affairs Strategy Plan.
- Serve as a therapeutic area scientific expert for scientific exchange on key data, treatment trends, and studies.
- Receive and process scientific information requests from physicians.
- Support internal teams with expertise and training.
- Represent the organization in scientific platforms.
- Ensure all activities align with the organization’s Code of Business Ethics and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Experience in peer-level engagement with KOLs, investigators, societies, and local scientific stakeholders.
- Experience providing credible, evidence-based scientific exchanges across therapeutic areas.
- Experience in delivering high-quality medical-scientific information, including presentations and data discussions.
- Experience in managing medical information operations, including query handling and cross-functional coordination.
- Exposure to capturing and reporting frontline medical insights, competitor intelligence, and safety information.
- Experience working on novel agents in haematology/oncology is preferred.

- Ability to analyze and communicate clinical data clearly and effectively.
- Ability to engage KOLs and build relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel extensively to engage with KOLs.
