About the Role

We are hiring an Influencer Account Director to lead ambitious creator programmes across a portfolio of beauty and health brands. You’ll combine senior client leadership with hands-on influencer expertise, turning audience, cultural and platform insight into creator strategies that deliver meaningful outcomes. Working within Influential UK and the wider Publicis Groupe network, you’ll bring together specialist teams to create connected influencer, social and paid campaigns. This is an opportunity to help shape brilliant work, develop talented people and build lasting client partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated social and influencer strategies, from annual planning and audience segmentation to creator roles, channel architecture and measurement.
  • Turn client challenges, brand objectives and consumer needs into focused strategic briefs, creative territories and activation principles.
  • Identify meaningful opportunities through audience, cultural, category, competitor, platform and creator insight.
  • Define how creators can support the full customer journey, including awareness, education, advocacy, trial, community, conversion and retention.
  • Guide senior client conversations, presentations and workshops, making complex strategic thinking clear, persuasive and actionable.
  • Shape always-on creator models, ambassador programmes, product launches and test-and-learn approaches across multiple brands.
  • Partner with creative, analytics and activation teams to improve creator selection, paid amplification, reporting, optimisation and future recommendations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading influencer or creator programmes, at Account Director level or in a role with comparable responsibility, whether gained in an agency or brand environment.
  • Confidence building senior client partnerships and managing complex accounts involving multiple brands, markets or workstreams.
  • A thorough understanding of influencer activation, from creator discovery and briefing through contracting, content approval, disclosure, usage, paid amplification and reporting.
  • People leadership and operational capability, with experience supporting others' development, allocating resources and delivering work against agreed scope, budgets and timelines.
  • Strategic thinking grounded in audience insight, with the ability to translate business objectives, platform behaviours and cultural understanding into practical creator recommendations.
  • A strong understanding of creator culture and social platforms, including how paid and organic activity can work together to support brand and business objectives.
  • Relevant consumer-category experience is welcome, particularly across beauty, personal care, wellbeing or health.
  • Experience with regulated or semi-regulated creator work is useful, but we encourage applications from people with transferable experience.
