  • Act as the primary account leadership point for the client, maintaining clear ownership of account performance, priorities, risks, actions, and service improvement plans
  • Oversee account financial governance, including budget tracking, forecast inputs, spend control, cost reporting, procurement visibility, invoicing coordination, and commercial risk management
  • Lead SLA, KPI, audit, compliance, and management reporting processes, ensuring account performance, service risks, and contractual obligations are visible, accurate, and tracked to closure
  • Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams across technical operations, EHS, finance/admin, procurement, and service delivery to manage performance, cost, and contractual dependencies
  • Provide senior escalation oversight for service-impacting risks, client concerns, compliance matters, and unresolved operational issues, while driving continuous improvement across governance, reporting, stakeholder experience, and service delivery maturity

Requirements

  • Must be an Australian Citizen eligible for NV1 security clearance
  • Proven experience owning account governance, client relationships, service performance reviews, stakeholder management, and escalation management in a client-facing environment
  • Experience managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional support functions, including finance/admin, technical operations, procurement, compliance, and service delivery teams

Skills

  • Strong financial and commercial awareness, including budget tracking, forecasting inputs, cost control, procurement and invoice oversight, and commercial risk management
