  • Build stakeholder maps and engage clinical leaders, administrators, pharmacy, finance, revenue cycle, procurement, infusion operations, and care coordinators.
  • Translate account data and insights into clear opportunity hypotheses, action plans, and performance reviews.
  • Serve as the commercial lead for assigned account contracting opportunities, coordinating internal approvals and supporting compliant negotiation and execution.
  • Identify and address barriers related to contracting, customer membership, ordering, distribution channel, formulary or pathway decisions, and product availability.
  • Partner with market access, pricing, trade, reimbursement, and legal/compliance colleagues to support durable access solutions.
  • Support account business reviews that assess contract performance, patient access, operational readiness, and appropriate commercial opportunities.
  • Evaluate buy-and-bill workflows, including acquisition, inventory, benefit verification, prior authorization, coding, billing, payment, and financial risk points.
  • Work with clinics and internal partners to identify practical improvements in reimbursement readiness, inventory practices, ordering processes, and patient financial navigation.
  • Engage sites of care through education, workflow support, and coordinated resources that strengthen readiness to initiate and maintain therapy.
  • Help customers diagnose and identify operational gaps that can delay treatment.
  • Coordinate field execution with sales, medical, patient services, market access, trade, analytics, and brand partners.
  • Provide timely, actionable field insights into customer needs, competitive dynamics, reimbursement trends, and operational barriers.
  • Monitor account performance and adapt priorities to deliver against agreed objectives in a compliant manner.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, account affiliations, activity records, and opportunity documentation in required systems.
  • Lead matrix planning and follow-through for priority account initiatives, clarifying partner roles, decision points, owners, and timelines.
