About the Role
Consulting – Finance Transformation: Advise CFOs and top management in the finance function on global trends like digitalization, sustainability, efficiency pressure, and M&A. Develop individual concepts for these challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and solutions in various finance function areas to optimize financial performance and competitiveness.
- Support clients strategically and operationally in areas such as Performance Management, Global Business Services, or M&A, with a focus on digitalization.
- Develop best-practice concepts, planning and budgeting processes, and reporting landscapes with experts.
- Optimize administrative and transactional processes, e.g., through Corporate Centers, Shared Services, or outsourcing.
- Act as the central point of contact for own (sub-)projects, expand existing client relationships, and support team acquisition efforts.
- Develop consulting approaches, support publications, and create company presentations.
Requirements
- Excellent degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or equivalent, with relevant internships.
- First relevant professional experience in management consulting, auditing, or industry (domestic and international) is desirable.
- Enjoy complex projects and personal development.
- High team orientation.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Confident communication and presentation skills for demanding audiences.
- Self-responsibility and agile, goal-oriented work style.
- Secure and responsible use of AI for high-quality analyses and client solutions, including critical validation of AI results.
