About the Role
Responsible for the operations of a designated territory, directing sales, operations, customer relations, and corporate directives.
Responsibilities
- Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long-range goals and objectives.
- Directs and coordinates activities of departments, key customers, regions, or divisions to achieve goals.
- Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward goals.
- Confers with EVP or COO and other senior leadership to review achievements and discuss necessary changes.
- Serves as a member of management committees on strategic initiatives.
- Carries out management responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Conducts performance evaluations, rewards and disciplines employees, and resolves problems.
- Ensures employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- May require a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary.
- Significant travel will be required.
