About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform floor care, including the use of buffer machines and floor scrubbers.
- Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms.
- Manage trash and recyclables.
- Perform carpet cleaning using an extractor.
- Clean all windows.
- Conduct light painting and repairs.
- Vacuum and dust all areas.
- Keep walkways clear of snow, ice, and debris.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Communicate effectively, openly, and honestly with staff and leaders.
- Assist with office moves or special cleaning projects as directed by a supervisor.
Requirements
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Able to quickly assess and react to situations requiring a custodial remedy.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
- Must be capable of standing for long periods.
- Must be able to lift a mop bucket full of water over obstacles.
- Must be able to move throughout the workday.
- Must be able to climb stairs.
- Must be able to lift arms overhead to reach high places.
- Must be able to move in tight spaces.
- Frequent lifting of over 25 pounds.
