About the Role
The Foreign Exchange Middle Office Analyst I supports the Global Banking and Market Solutions division by assisting with client enablement, process improvements, and client and trade support. This role requires a basic understanding of the FX trade lifecycle, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. The analyst will contribute to the evolution of the FX Middle Office team and help support the FX trading and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Enable clients for trading across platforms for Global Banking & Market Solutions products
- Support trade execution and provide client support
- Provide front-line support for client inquiries
- Produce reports for limit monitoring and control reporting
- Support audits and controls reviews, providing necessary documentation and data
- Escalate issues in line with internal risk and escalation frameworks
- Support the implementation of technology solutions to improve efficiency
- Help maintain internal controls and visibility
- Work with teams across the organization including Legal, Compliance, Tech, Risk, and Operations
- Support the Sales and Traders in their daily activities
- Assist in user acceptance testing for system enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of financial services experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in financial services.
