About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our entrepreneurial team. This role offers significant ownership from the start, focusing on building the world's largest network for private equity investors. You will work in fast-paced sprints, learn to write persuasive copy, map the investor market, and leverage AI for outsized impact.
Responsibilities
- Build the audience by identifying, targeting, and converting funds into our community.
- Ensure each fund receives the right message at the right time, avoiding excessive communication.
- Own marketing channels that drive revenue through execution of activities.
- Write persuasive copy for all communications, including emails, landing pages, and posts.
- Leverage AI to scale copywriting efforts.
- Execute sprints, tests, and implementations, measuring the impact of experiments.
- Optimize offers, copy, prices, and pages based on data.
- Build scalable systems and AI workflows to reduce future effort.
- Do whatever it takes to win, including operational tasks and client-facing activities.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Minimum a bachelor or master degree with great results.
- A UK work permit; visa sponsorship is not provided.
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency.
- Exceptional drive and desire to be the best.
- Proactive approach and sense of ownership/responsibility.
- Humble attitude and passion for building companies and developing people.
- Interest in continuous learning and proactive optimization.
