About the Role
Apple Services Finance is seeking a Royalty Manager to join the finance team managing Platoon. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing team and make a meaningful contribution to an ambitious and growing business.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert in how royalty and payment systems work, understanding the logic and calculations they support.
- Use system knowledge to find solutions to support business requirements, document those solutions, and implement them.
- Build positive relationships and credibility across the organization including with Business, Legal, Finance, IS&T, SAP and Engineering teams.
- Improve the team's tools and processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a royalty operations role, prioritizing and managing projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven experience leading system integration projects.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, detail-intensive operational role.
- Proven ability to own an end-to-end royalty process from contract setup through to revenue reconciliation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge and experience working in Excel (complex multi-tab workbooks, forecasting and scenario modelling).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
