About the Role
Supervise wait staff in preparing, serving, and servicing the dining room. This role involves ensuring a high-quality dining experience with made-to-order meals, seasonal menus, and no late nights.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate seating residents and initiate dining services by presenting menus and specials, answering questions, and making suggestions.
- Minimize backup at the restaurant entrance.
- Maintain the daily menu board.
- Assist staff in the delivery of all menu items to residents and guests.
- Ensure the dining room is properly cleaned, set up, and secured at the end of each workday.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One to three months related experience and/or training.
- First aid and CPR certified.
