About the Role
The Wellness Advisor is the primary point of contact for students, responsible for understanding their goals and recommending appropriate services and products. This role ensures the studio is a clean and inviting space.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and retain new members by contacting leads and booking appointments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Conduct studio tours and educate prospects on products, programs, and pricing.
- Sell memberships and class packages based on student goals.
- Ensure new members are onboarded properly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting studio environment.
- Participate in community events to promote the studio.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public.
- Strong customer service and phone skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to learn and use studio software.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment using sound judgment.
- May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours.
- Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive.
- Ability to climb stairs.
- May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required: Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.
