About the Role

As an Enterprise Senior Associate, you will join a passionate team of high-performing sales and relationship managers, deepening partnerships with Canada’s most strategically important restaurant merchants. You will own and grow a subset of these partnerships, playing a key role in rolling out new brand partnerships, growing existing merchants, and collaborating with product teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience. This is a fixed-term assignment expected to last 24 months.

Responsibilities

Own, develop, and foster strategic merchant partnerships to drive sales growth through activation, marketing, product, and operations.
Develop strategic merchant relationships with C-suite, strategy, marketing, and operations leads to provide a best-in-class working partnership.
Act as a liaison between merchant partners and DoorDash leadership, marketing, product, operations, and other functional teams.
Leverage playbooks, tools, and internal resources to ensure merchants receive a high-quality experience on DoorDash, resolving roadblocks and achieving operational excellence.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or consulting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative and effective solutions.
Excellent analytical thinker capable of delivering actionable recommendations from complex datasets.
Advanced spreadsheet skills required.
A proven track record of driving growth.
Experience with marketplaces, operations, or logistics (Nice to Have).
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) (Nice to Have).

$172,000—$215,000 CAD (Total on-target earnings including commissions)
