About the Role
As a Working Student, you will support the IT Service Team in our Berlin office, helping with installing and configuring notebooks and smartphones with iOS. You will take care of the IT equipment in the offices and support video conferences. You will also perform organizational activities such as supporting repairs, database maintenance, and storage organization.

Requirements
- Full-time enrolled student.
- Competent and professional communication in German.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and major Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability for approximately 20 hours per week (potentially more during semester breaks) within core working hours of 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Independent, conscientious, and structured working style.
- Reliable and flexibly available.
- Enjoy interacting with people and have a strong service orientation.
