About the Role
Oversee all aspects of Front of House Food & Beverage operations, including three-meal restaurant service, in-room dining, mini-bar, and banquet/event operations. Serve as Manager on Duty, motivating teams, elevating service standards, and developing talent within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of similar work experience
- Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations
- Strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
