About the Role
The Lanesborough Grill is seeking a Chef de Rang to join their team. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone with fine dining experience to progress their career within a highly recognized Food and Beverage establishment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure full understanding of menus, items, and presentation accompaniments.
- Make recommendations to guests.
- Take ownership of the guest experience during service, focusing on recognition and personalization.
- Communicate effectively between the team, kitchen brigade, and restaurant management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant in a luxury establishment is essential.
- Experience within a Michelin star restaurant is preferable.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- A second language would be preferred.
- Immaculate grooming standards.
- Requires an element of manual handling.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
