About the Role
The Senior Investor Services Analyst is an integral part of the Gen II operations team, requiring meticulous attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The candidate will primarily be responsible for providing Investor Services functions to Gen II sponsors and client service teams.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge, review, and respond to client inquiries promptly, coordinating with internal and external teams as needed.
- Review and process investor onboarding documentation, including Subscription, Tax, and AML documentation.
- Review and process subsequent investor activity and changes to investor static data, such as partner transfers, name changes, and contact/wire instruction updates.
- Review and maintain investor records across multiple internal and external systems.
- Prepare ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, and capital activity notices for sponsor funds and investors.
- Prepare investor audit confirmations and monthly recurring deliverables.
- Disseminate and review fund and investor correspondence, including capital calls, distributions, partner capital statements, and other sponsor communications across various investor portal platforms.
- Track incoming capital call wires and prepare capital distribution payments across various client accounts.
- Undertake progressive responsibilities including training less experienced associates and performing first-level reviews of deliverables.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with the service level agreement.
- Liaise with the client service team to ensure an efficient and excellent client service experience for Gen II’s sponsors.
- Ensure deliverables are executed in line with Gen II best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in special projects.
- Operate efficiently in a deadline-driven, high-volume, and ever-changing environment.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Demonstrate strong customer service/client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with differing deadlines.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
