About the Role
The Social Worker will formulate and implement treatment and permanency plans for children and families, provide clinical input for therapeutic care, document interventions, and coordinate resident treatment.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement appropriate treatment and permanency plans for children and families on caseload.
- Provide clinical input into the therapeutic milieu to ensure the most appropriate care for each child.
- Document all interventions and required reports in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate all treatment provided to each resident to ensure appropriateness, timeliness and effectiveness of interventions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to utilize skills to carry out social work responsibilities.
- Ability to supervise all childcare staff and childcare treatment programs.
- Driver's license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
- Documented proficiency in basic Social Work training areas.

Education Level
