About the Role
This is a 3-month full-time internship opportunity for a Master's student in Computer Science or Engineering, focusing on building AI products for enterprise use. You will join the Application AI team, contributing to AI products embedded in systems with business-critical transactional data.
Responsibilities
- Support identifying product opportunities through usage data, process mining, and user shadowing
- Contribute to designing autonomous workflows that combine agents, code, and ML
- Help author PRDs and technical specs — covering data sources, APIs, context engineering, and evaluation frameworks
- Build working prototypes to validate specs before full engineering investment
- Work closely with engineers through development, release, and productization
Requirements
- Enrollment or recent graduation from a Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- A strong interest in AI products — agents, ML, and optimization
- Comfort shipping code and building prototypes, ideally with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to map processes across systems to surface gaps
- A customer-oriented mindset — thinking about the business users who depend on what you build
- Familiarity with agent frameworks, guardrails, HITL, or evaluation methods is a plus
- Open to working with AI tools — including agentic AI — to automate everyday tasks, prototype ideas, and build confidence in AI-assisted ways of working from day one.
