About the Role
As a Consultant Project Management (m/f/d), you will advise international clients on implementing their management tasks as part of our Project Management Office (PMO), contributing to sustainable decisions and effective, efficient processes.
Responsibilities
- Support project analyses and controlling, milestone tracking, and status report creation.
- Assist in organizing and preparing project meetings and coordinate the communication and distribution of their outcomes.
- Initiate, accompany, and implement innovation processes for clients.
- Plan internal and external innovation workshops, support their execution, and document results.
Requirements
- Degree in business, technical, communication, or IT-related fields.
- Ideally, experience in project management.
- High interest in innovation, the future of business and work, design, agile methods, entrepreneurship, strategy, and business development.
- Goal-oriented, structured work approach.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Eagerness for challenging projects and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- High commitment, self-responsibility, and agile working style.
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
