About the Role
Lead the performance discipline across key platforms in social, search, and programmatic, driving innovation, strategic direction, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve paid social frameworks, best practices, and activation approaches.
- Lead strategic planning across client portfolios, aligning paid social to business outcomes.
- Drive innovation across platforms, tools, and partnerships.
- Lead senior client relationships and high-level strategic discussions.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities and account growth.
- Oversee financial performance including revenue, profitability, and resourcing.
- Lead and develop Associate Directors and broader activation teams.
- Build organizational capability, structure, and culture.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive integrated media strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years experience in paid social or digital media.
- Proven leadership across teams and client portfolios.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Deep platform expertise and industry knowledge.
- Executive-level communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and organizational impact.
