About the Role
Cosuno is the marketplace where construction companies run their tenders. As our Senior PM for Growth, you'll own a new revenue opportunity and help choose the next, while also handling day-to-day product work.
Responsibilities
- Find the real problem by talking to customers, digging into data, and identifying customer needs.
- Implement AI to replace manual work and create customer-loved products.
- Prototype and run experiments with customers before full development.
- Launch products with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, managing positioning, pricing, and enablement.
- Take a growth opportunity from idea to revenue-generating product.
- Work on a second opportunity after successfully launching the first.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience taking a new revenue opportunity from idea to a paid product.
- Shipped AI features that customers use and daily use of AI tools.
- Experience working with numbers and experiments, adapting based on data.
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply to diverse audiences.
- German at C2 level and fluent English.
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces, construction, or other industries undergoing digitalization.
