About the Role
The Distribution Generalist supports warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, receiving, loading, and retail deliveries. This role requires attention to detail, safe work practices, flexibility, and strong customer service.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, scan, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Load, unload, and secure products for delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if applicable), and scanners.
- Receive shipments, verify inventory, replenish stock, and report discrepancies.
- Inspect products for quality and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Deliver products to retail locations while representing Cirona Labs professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with additional facility duties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 25.
- At least one year of delivery driving experience within the past three years.
- Valid NYS driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
- Basic computer, communication, and math skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and function in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable transportation and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to drive and sit for up to six hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to wear required PPE.
- May work in varying temperatures and conditions, including dust, noise, and adverse weather.
- Must be comfortable driving during early or late hours.
