About the Role
Join GardaWorld Cash Services in London, ON, as an Armed Driver Cash Transporter. Make the world a safer place by performing secure pickups and deliveries of valuables, ensuring a safe work environment, and inspiring trust.
Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient pickups and deliveries of valuables for clients.
- Reload or perform minor repairs on Automated Banking Machines (ABMs).
- Ensure a safe environment for colleagues and customers.
- Follow established routes and schedules.
- Drive an armored vehicle and adhere to road safety regulations.
- Load and unload the armored vehicle.
- Complete daily reports and necessary paperwork.
- Manage the distribution and receipt of moneybags, receipts, daily route guides, and route keys.
- Verify bulk orders received from the vault, other departments, and external sources.
- Adhere to GardaWorld Cash procedures and regulations.
- Perform additional job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Restricted and Non-Restricted endorsed Firearms License (PAL).
- Possess a valid G class driver's license with a maximum of 3 demerit points.
- Capable of lifting loads up to 50 pounds.
- Available for on-call shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends with no minimum guaranteed hours.
- Reliable, conscientious, responsible, and committed to safe job performance.
- Customer service oriented and skillful in managing stressful situations.
- Highly organized and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of coping with pressure and tight timelines.
- Successful candidates will be required to complete free training as required by the Federal Government.
