- Maintain clear documentation of programming scripts, workflows, validation procedures, and developed solutions.
- Develop a report/system requirements document outlining functions and workflows for TBIRDS interoperability.
- Develop, test, document, and maintain SAS, Python, R (or other statistical software) programs for branch processes, including building dashboards.
- Automate and integrate relevant data from eICRs into TBIRDS to expedite branch processes.
- Test and validate automated workflow processes, standardization, linkage, and processing methods for accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot identified issues and refine programming solutions.
- Support efforts to incorporate electronic health data into existing TBDR workflows.
- Assist with needs assessment and planning related to eICR integration and other interoperability initiatives.
- Collaborate with staff and technical partners to identify data and system requirements.
- Document technical processes, identify potential limitations, and develop recommendations for future interoperability projects.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience developing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SAS, Python, R, or other similar programming language scripts.

- 8 years of experience testing and validating automated data-integration solutions.
- 8 years of experience documenting code and technical specifications for improved workflows and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical staff.
