About the Role
SRE Engineering, D.P.C. is expanding its building compliance practice in New York City and seeks a part-time Energy Auditor to assist with Local Law 87 and Local Law 97 projects.
Responsibilities
- Support Local Law 87 and Local Law 97 work on a per-project basis.
- Perform energy audits on NYC multifamily or commercial buildings.
- Complete LL87 reporting and LL97 compliance tasks.
- Work under the supervision of Professional Engineers.
Requirements
- Must hold a current CEM or CEA certification from AEE (or ASHRAE BEAP/HBDP).
- Possess hands-on experience conducting energy audits on NYC multifamily or commercial buildings.
- Demonstrate familiarity with LL87 reporting and LL97 compliance.
- A retro-commissioning credential (CCP, CBCP, EBCP or similar) is a strong advantage.
