SRE Engineering, D.P.C. is seeking a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) to perform FISP (Local Law 11) facade inspections on a part-time, per-building basis in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Perform FISP (Local Law 11) facade inspections
- Prepare and file FISP reports with NYC DOB
- Support field coordination, access, and filing
Requirements
- NYS-licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect
- At least 7 years of facade inspection experience on buildings over six stories
