About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Liquidity team, which builds products that help members bridge the gap between paychecks. This is a hands-on role where you will own discovery and execution for your area end-to-end, write your own specifications, and collaborate closely with leaders involved in key decisions. Liquidity products include early access to earned pay and fee-free overdraft, encompassing eligibility, limits, settlement, and the overall member experience. These products involve significant complexity, including eligibility rules, risk models, bank partnerships, and compliance, yet the member experience must remain simple and clear. You will build the roadmap for your area, contribute your perspective, and drive it from discovery through launch.
Responsibilities
- Drive discovery projects end-to-end: frame the problem, research, size the opportunity, and recommend a path.
- Write clear specifications and own timelines through launch.
- Partner with backend and frontend engineering, design, and data teams.
- Work across risk, data, engineering, design, product marketing, and compliance to ship products.
- Keep complex products simple for members.
- Measure results and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
- Utilize AI tools daily for tasks such as drafting specifications, analyzing data, prototyping, and summarizing research.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, primarily on consumer (B2C) products.
- Proven experience setting the roadmap for a product area.
- Track record of driving projects from discovery through launch independently.
- Strong execution skills, including writing clear specifications, owning timelines, and ensuring follow-through to launch.
- Experience partnering with both backend and frontend engineering teams.
- Strong consumer product sense demonstrated by shipping B2C experiences at scale.
- Ability to make complex products simple for users.
- Comfortable in a hands-on environment, working closely with leaders on key decisions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders across risk, data, engineering, design, product marketing, and compliance.
- High ownership and a growth mindset, motivated by quality work, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency with AI tools in your own workflow and curiosity about their potential to accelerate team efforts.
- Experience in fintech or another regulated industry (bonus).
- Experience owning strategy for a product area or building a product from inception to launch (bonus).
