About the Role
Side is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to support its global game studios. This highly visible role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the company's internal communications strategy during a period of experimentation and growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable with a blank canvas and excited by international collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and analysis of team feedback surveys.
- Drive engagement for the environmental programme.
- Provide tailored regional counsel for internal comms to local studio heads.
- Design accessible internal comms processes to keep teams and leadership connected.
- Identify and remove barriers impeding internal comms.
- Participate in the annual review process, providing feedback and supervision.
- Develop the internal communications practice and increase its visibility.
- Improve communication with people by working with other teams.
- Attend external and internal events, including travel as required.
Requirements
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Comfortable leading meetings and activities from ideation to execution.
- Experience working with C-Suite and senior leadership.
- Strong internal communicator with an understanding of team collaboration and effective comms.
- Experience connecting multiple comms streams across different industries, timezones, languages, devices, and tech systems.
- Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy.
- Experience navigating large organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple streams of communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, succeed under pressure, and adapt to business demands.
- Experience juggling multiple projects, preferably in multiple time zones.
