About the Role
Highmark Stadium is seeking experienced culinary leaders to join their hospitality team as Contract Executive Sous Chefs. This role involves delivering exceptional food and guest experiences across various stadium operations for games and special events.
Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation and execution for assigned culinary operations.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards.
- Support and lead kitchen teams during game days and special events.
- Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to execute menus and event logistics.
- Assist in managing staff productivity, food quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience required.
- Previous experience in high-volume hospitality, sports and entertainment venues, hotels, resorts, or large-scale catering operations preferred.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commit to all scheduled events.
