About the Role
Reliance is seeking Jr Installers/Technicians to join their team, offering limitless opportunities for growth and rewarding success. This role is crucial for the company's ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Professionally install HVAC equipment and accessory items in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
- Be flexible to work in service, water heater installation, and/or assistance roles/duties, in the field or in the warehouse, in assigned areas and surrounding areas as assigned.
- Be willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service oriented team and be flexible to the work assigned in the spirit of this multi-functional role.
- Create a positive relationship with customers, offering for sale other company products and services.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate and problem solve to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must have Gas Technician ‘3’ (G3) license, Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license preferred.
- Must have a valid class G driver’s license.
- Grade 12 diploma.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid ODP Card.

- Excellent verbal and written skills.

- Ability to take direction and work with a minimal amount of supervision.
