About the Role
We are seeking a professional to join our CRG team within the Investment Banking Division. This role involves contributing to complex financial challenges and transactions, advising clients on mergers, financial solutions, and initial public offerings.
Responsibilities
- Creating and analyzing financial models
- Organizing and preparing client presentations
- Managing transaction processes
- Structuring transactions
- Maintaining client communication
Requirements
- History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
- Strong team orientation, leadership skills, and demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to juggle changing priorities and a varied workload
- Minimum 3 years’ investment banking or equivalent experience
- Consumer Retail banking and transaction experience preferred
