About the Role
Grimaldi’s is seeking a General Manager to lead teams, drive sales, control costs, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced, family-oriented pizzeria environment. We are looking for individuals with positive energy and a passion for pizza to join our growing family.
Responsibilities
- Leading teams to consistently exceed guest expectations

- Recruiting, hiring, and training strong, self-disciplined people
- Hosting managerial meetings weekly
- Hosting shift meetings daily to promote and increase productivity
- Providing support for the daily operations of each of our locations
Requirements
- 5+ years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of food, labor, and bar costs
- Enjoy working with people
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
