About the Role
Ecolab is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor to join its EcoSure division, an industry leader in brand protection programs. This role drives operational excellence and helps clients grow their business by providing on-site visits, teaching, and coaching to maintain the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a variety of brand protection visits at hotel and food service client locations using consulting, coaching, and training to meet client expectations and program requirements.
- Adhere to HIPPA guidelines while completing operational visits within various facilities by interacting with staff and residents.
- Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas of improvement, and recommendations to client leadership.
- Partner with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
- Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Utilize a tablet, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology for efficient planning and job functions.
- Support the growth initiatives of the company and its clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 2 years of hotel hospitality industry-related experience including housekeeping, general management, or front desk supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must possess a current and valid Driver’s License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Able to travel to the US for training/meetings.
- No Immigration Sponsorship available.
- Position requires the ability to be around, touch and potentially consume food made from or with animal products and/or top allergens.
- Position requires the ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Essential duties include bending, squatting, shifting and adjusting movement to assess areas low to the ground and above the head.
- Position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in client locations.
- Position requires the ability to drive and/or fly to client locations as needed.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo pre-hire background checks.
