About the Role

As Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and delivery of Croud’s marketing strategy across the EMEA region, working in close partnership with the Chief Marketing & Integration Officer to shape and activate our wider global marketing agenda. With responsibility spanning both our Media and Creative divisions, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Croud’s position as an integrated media and creative agency, bringing our capabilities together through compelling positioning, marketing campaigns, thought leadership and client engagement. This is a strategic yet hands on leadership role, combining regional strategy and execution with global collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the EMEA marketing strategy, aligned with global priorities and business objectives.
  • Lead regional activation of Croud’s integrated Media and Creative positioning, translating our proposition into compelling go-to-market initiatives and campaigns.
  • Be part of the marketing leadership shaping global strategy, sharing best practice and identifying opportunities to strengthen Croud’s market position.
  • Partner with sales, business development and client teams to support new business, sales enablement, cross-selling and client retention through targeted marketing activity.
  • Identify and develop impactful client case studies that demonstrate our capabilities and support business growth.
  • Plan and deliver regional client and prospect events, alongside strategic media partner initiatives, to strengthen relationships and showcase Croud’s expertise.
  • Define and monitor key marketing performance measures, using data and insight to assess impact, optimise activity and demonstrate contribution to business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify Croud’s expertise through thought leadership, industry awards and innovative market-facing initiatives, working closely with global communications and content teams.
  • Oversee the regional application of global website and digital marketing strategy, ensuring our online presence reflects our brand, capabilities and industry positioning.
  • Explore emerging opportunities across AI and LLM search to strengthen Croud’s visibility and discovery, while using data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform future activity.
  • Lead and develop a small regional marketing team, setting clear priorities and empowering individuals to deliver high-quality work.
  • Build strong relationships across global marketing, Media and Creative, and wider business teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, managing budgets and competing priorities while remaining proactive, organised and adaptable as business needs evolve.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a senior B2B marketing role within a media, creative or full-service agency, ideally with experience in a global or multi-market environment.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering regional marketing strategies aligned with wider business objectives and global priorities.
  • Experience working across both media and creative disciplines, with a strong understanding of how to position and market an integrated agency offering.
  • A broad marketing skill set spanning brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, client engagement, events, thought leadership and digital marketing.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience partnering with sales, business development and client teams to support growth, cross-selling and client retention.
  • Experience leading, developing or managing marketing team members, alongside the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing budgets, multiple projects and competing priorities, with strong organisational and project management skills.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail and creative quality.
