About the Role

As the Revenue Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will architect and scale Push’s and KayaPush’s lifecycle growth engine across prospect nurture, customer upsell expansion, and referral generation. This is an opportunity to build programs that directly influence how we create, accelerate, and expand revenue across the customer journey. Your mandate is to accelerate pipeline velocity, increase customer driven revenue, and operationalize lifecycle programs that convert engagement into measurable growth. You’ll bring together data, experimentation, automation, and AI to better understand our audiences, create more relevant experiences, and continuously improve how we engage prospects and customers at scale. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to identify opportunities across the funnel and turn them into programs that have a clear and measurable impact on revenue. This position is for an existing role which we are actively hiring for.

Responsibilities

  • Own the nurture and funnel acceleration motion from first marketing touch through SQL handoff.
  • Build and run segmented nurture programs in HubSpot for Push and KayaPush.
  • Re-engage cold, stalled and closed-lost pipeline with targeted plays.
  • Support and train the team on how to write and launch event and webinar nurtures that convert attendance into meetings.
  • Design acceleration tracks that shorten the time from first touch to booked demo.
  • Own email deliverability, list health and lifecycle reporting.
  • Use AI, automation, and behavioral data to improve segmentation, personalization, testing, and lifecycle performance.
  • Build upsell and cross-sell programs by customer segment, in close partnership with Sales.
  • Work with CS to turn customer wins into stories and proof points for your revenue programs.
  • Grow the Push and KayaPush customer referral programs.
  • Partner with CS, Sales and Onboarding to find, activate and track referral sources.
  • Own referral intake, routing, tracking and follow-up in HubSpot.
  • Own the referral budget and forecast.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years in B2B lifecycle, email or customer or demand generation marketing, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • Hands-on HubSpot skills: you build workflows, lists, lifecycle stages and reports yourself.
  • A track record of tying programs to pipeline and revenue, not just open and click rates.
  • Comfort working daily with Sales and CS, and clear, concise writing.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and you adapt without friction.
