Castell is a classic cocktail lounge seeking a host who makes every guest feel welcome from the moment they arrive. This role is for individuals who love hospitality, excel at first impressions, and can remain calm and organized in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest: greet guests warmly in person and on the phone, and answer their questions.
- Manage the room: handle seating and wait times so the night runs smoothly.
- Take care of waiting guests: keep them comfortable, informed and looked after.
- Build the culture: be part of, and add to, a positive team.
Requirements
- A friendly, inviting presence in person and over the phone.
- The ability to manage guest seating and wait times.
- You learn quickly and stay flexible.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
