About the Role

As a Project Lead and Sales professional, you will contribute to the continued growth of our team, focusing on digital transformation within the CX environment for prominent DAX companies. We utilize leading CXP platforms, including MS-Dynamics 365, and work on complex, large-scale projects, consistently receiving top marks for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Take overall technical responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform in national and international projects, serving as the central technical point of contact alongside the Project Lead.
Define target state, scope, priorities, and the functional-technical solution architecture in collaboration with business departments and project management.
Lead and technically manage required teams/streams (e.g., D365, Power Apps/Automate, Integration, Data, Security, Testing, Operations).
Make technical architecture decisions, document them comprehensibly (e.g., ADR), and manage trade-offs.
Ensure quality, performance, and stability (test strategy, reviews, risk/issue management) and document architecture decisions.
Take overall technical responsibility for developing customer-specific solutions and preparing tender documents and presentations during bidding processes.
Provide strategic consulting for the introduction of cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, based on customer-specific requirements.
Drive the further development of our end-to-end service portfolio, from conceptualizing offerings/services and sales aspects to ensuring the appropriate delivery model.

Requirements

Possess in-depth, multi-year architecture and implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (customizing, data model, security/roles, extensions).
Master the Power Platform end-to-end: Power Apps (Model-driven/Canvas), Power Automate, Dataverse, and solution/environment strategies.
Have strong integration competence (APIs, Dataverse/Webhooks, Azure Integration Services like Logic Apps/Service Bus/API Management – depending on the target architecture).
Exhibit strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills (moderating workshops, managing teams, defending architecture decisions).
Communicate very confidently in German and English, delivering robust architecture and project documentation (blueprints, ADRs, operational/handover documentation).
Demonstrate a quality-conscious, independent, and goal-oriented work approach with a high degree of initiative and commitment.
Possess fluent German (minimum C1) and very good English language skills.
