About the Role
Arganteal is seeking a hands-on Windows 365 and Windows OS engineer to support a client's fast-moving deployment and migration effort. This role requires an independent individual with a DevOps mindset, capable of executing technical work directly and delivering results without a lengthy ramp-up period.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and deploy Windows 365 (Cloud PC) environments from the ground up
- Lead or support migration of users from existing desktop environments into Windows 365
- Tune and harden Windows OS configurations for security and performance
- Approach deployment and configuration with automation and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the deployment and migration process
- Work directly in deployment tools and consoles (Intune, Endpoint Manager, Azure/W365 admin center) to execute configuration and rollout
- Partner with internal security and infrastructure teams to ensure deployments align with enterprise security standards
- Document configurations, migration steps, and lessons learned
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience engineering and deploying Windows 365 (Cloud PC) environments
- Direct experience migrating users from traditional desktop or VDI environments into W365
- Strong background tuning Windows OS for security hardening and performance optimization
- DevOps mindset with experience in scripting, automation, and repeatable deployment processes
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Azure/M365 administration
- Track record of delivering technical projects independently and on schedule
- High sense of ownership and responsibility
- Detail oriented with strong documentation and troubleshooting habits
- Ability to start immediately and move quickly with minimal onboarding time
