Performs safe laminating of polyethylene films with limited waste in accordance with company and customer specifications.

Correctly set up and operate all Lamination lines in the department.
Check and maintain product quality, width, gauge, treat, clarity, and roll appearance for all machines running.
Check operating conditions of all machines to ensure quality, production, and safe operation of equipment.
Load and unload printed and non-printed rolls on Laminator with assistance of lifting carts and hoist.
Meet all product quality, safety, and production standards.
Ensure all Laminators are running at maximum output.
Ensure equipment is being operated safely.
Train and provide leadership to other team members.
Understand and complete shift reports, production forms, process conditions, pounds of production and waste.
Start up machine from a complete shut down.
Clean machine up and put into complete shut down.
Follow AIB guidelines.
Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor immediately.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety instructions.
Participate in ongoing CI and Focus improvement processes.
Fully understand and follow all ABX safety rules and policies.
Perform miscellaneous duties as required by Supervisor.

Meet production goals on a consistent basis.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail.
Capable of and committed to following plant and departmental safety procedures, food safety guidelines, and company procedures.
Communicate and work well with other team members.
Understand and carry out detailed written and verbal instructions.
Possess good mathematical skills.
Continuous learning will be expected.
Able to work overtime as required.
