About the Role
As a Janitorial Evening Floater, you will be an essential worker trained in advanced cleaning and disinfecting practices. You will represent 4M by providing reliable and courteous service to various customer sites, ensuring facilities are clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Receive training in state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
- Serve as a reliable, courteous, and resourceful representative of the company.
- Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, and furniture.
- Remove trash.
- Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
- Perform sweeping, wet mopping, and vacuuming.
- Identify and report necessary facility repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Successful drug screening and background check.
- Ability to comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
- Must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment as required.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Maintain reliable personal transportation.
