About the Role

As a specialist in practice systems, you will act as a central bridge between our veterinary practices and our software landscape. In this role, you will take regional responsibility for our locations in Southern Germany or Central/Northern Germany. You will translate technical possibilities into clinical advantages and ensure that our digital tools accelerate daily practice routines.

Responsibilities

Accompany software transitions, acting as the local point of contact during new system implementations.
Plan system introductions and coordinate data migration from legacy systems.
Conduct practice-oriented training sessions on new software.
Ensure seamless integration of medical technology and laboratory equipment with practice software.
Optimize communication by assisting with the setup of modern phone systems and online appointment booking.
Clarify technical details in advance using planning tools and coordinate with software providers and practice management.
Provide ongoing support post-implementation, including user management and contributing to the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

Completed training as a TFA or comparable clinical experience, with in-depth knowledge of practice operations.
Affinity for digital processes and enthusiasm for making technology accessible to users.
Experience with PMS software and understanding of imaging processes and modern cloud applications.
Regular field service required.
Structured work approach with patience in explanations and confident communication.
